Last updated: July 31, 2026
This policy explains how 快速建站 processes information when buyers use the B2B marketplace, when suppliers operate their accounts and independent websites, and when either party communicates through inquiries or requests for quotation.
1. Information we process
We process account and contact details such as names, business email addresses, company names, telephone numbers, countries, authentication data, and subscription status.
We process supplier profile and catalog information, including company capabilities, certifications, product specifications, media, domains, and verification documents. Public supplier profiles and exposed products are intended for public display.
We process inquiry, RFQ, quotation, and message content. Technical records such as IP address, browser details, request logs, and security events may also be processed to operate and protect the service.
2. How we use information
- Provide buyer accounts, supplier workspaces, independent websites, product exposure, search, inquiries, RFQ matching, and messaging.
- Deliver operational emails, verify accounts, reset passwords, notify suppliers and buyers, and provide support.
- Administer supplier subscriptions, platform rules, verification reviews, abuse prevention, service security, analytics, and legal compliance.
- Improve marketplace relevance and measure product exposure and sourcing leads.
3. Sharing and public disclosure
When a buyer sends an inquiry, the buyer's contact details and request are shared with the selected site. When a buyer posts an RFQ, the request and contact details may be shared with matched suppliers. Supplier responses are shared with the relevant buyer.
We may use hosting, storage, email, security, analytics, payment, and domain service providers that process only the information needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users and the service.
We do not sell personal information.
4. International processing
The platform connects buyers and suppliers in different countries. Information may therefore be accessed or processed outside the country where it was submitted. We apply reasonable contractual, organizational, and technical safeguards appropriate to the service.
5. Retention and security
We retain information while an account or business relationship remains active and as needed for transactions, dispute handling, security, backup, and legal obligations. We use access controls, tenant ownership checks, password hashing, signed links, rate limits, and restricted verification document access, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, deletion, restriction, or objection regarding your personal information. Suppliers can update public company and product data in their workspace. Buyers can manage their account and sourcing records. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
7. Cookies and communications
We use essential session and security cookies for authentication and service operation. Transactional messages about account verification, password resets, inquiries, RFQs, subscriptions, and security are part of the service and are not marketing messages.
8. Children
This business service is not directed to children, and users must be legally able to enter business transactions in their jurisdiction.
9. Contact
For privacy requests or questions, contact support@kuaisujianzhan.com. We may update this policy when the service or legal requirements change.
